Key Features:

• Salisbury 21405WT ELECTRIGUARD dielectric overboot, 17" tall, with a deep heel and wide throat in size 11
• Rated at 20,000 volts to protect workers from step potential
• Manufactured to ASTM F1117 and tested per ASTM F1116
• Vulcanized rubber with a nonskid bar-tread sole and a nylon lining
• Wide upper with integral pull-up handles, rear kick-off lugs and a reflective stripe

Benefits:

• The 20 kV rating gives documented step-potential protection for crews working around energized equipment and downed conductors
• The wide throat pulls on over standard work boots, so a lineman keeps the footwear already broken in
• A bar-tread sole holds footing on wet grass, mud and truck steps rather than skating on them
• Kick-off lugs let the overboots come off without handling them by hand at the end of a job
• ASTM F1117 marking and F1116 testing make these straightforward to accept into a utility PPE program
