Return Policies

WIRE SHELVING RETURN POLICY

If you purchased Shelving Inc. brand chrome wire shelving, Shelving Inc. brand black or white wire shelving, or Shelving Inc. brand wire shelving accessories, click the button below to start a return. If you purchased Metro or Quantum brand wire shelving, please see the Return Policies for All Other Brands section below.

Claims for shortage/damages must be submitted within 15 DAYS from receipt of merchandise.

 

Click here to download the return form. Include the return form and your packing list with the merchandise within 30 days. Please include the items(s) in its original packaging. If packaging is no longer available, please ship the item(s) back so they are well protected. Shipping will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping.

You may request a UPS return label by calling 1-877-831-8885 or emailing support@theshelvingstore.com. If submitting a request via email, please include what products you're returning and their quantity. The return cost will be deducted from your refund. It is not necessary to call us for an authorization.

Once merchandise is received, the product condition will be inspected at our warehouse. A refund will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, items returned after 60 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 90 days it is at our discretion.

This form is for Shelving Inc. brand chrome wire shelving, Shelving Inc. black and white wire shelving, and Shelving Inc. brand wire shelving accessories only. All other returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if returned to address above.

Please note that if the return is The Shelving Store's error, you must call our Customer Care team at 1-800-637-9508 for authorization and further instructions.

 

RETURN POLICIES FOR ALL OTHER BRANDS

If you purchased a product from this website that is not Shelving Inc. brand, you must call our Customer Care team at 1-877-831-8885 to begin the return process. 

The Shelving Store does not accept custom-ordered and/or altered merchandise for return or exchange. All items sold as clearance are considered final sale and no returns or exchanges of these items are permitted.

 

Damages and Defects


If merchandise arrives to you damaged or defective please contact our customer service team using our Order Inquiry Form.
  • UPS/Parcel Post: Please note the extent of damage and action you wish taken.
  • Truck: Note any damage on carrier's delivery receipt. Immediately notify carrier of any concealed damage and have them provide an inspection report on the damaged shipment within 10 days. Forward inspection and packing list to our Customer Care department via the Order Inquiry Form, we will file a claim and immediately replace the item for you.
