Key Features:

• RIDGID model 425 portable TRISTAND chain vise, 1/8 in. - 2 1/2 in. (3 - 60 mm) pipe capacity
• Integral folding tripod legs; 32 lb (14.5 kg)
• Quick-grab self-locking latch plus a carrying handle
• Built-in tool hangers and a front base overhang that leaves clear tool swing
• Separate jaws for plastic pipe available as an optional accessory

Benefits:

• Folding legs mean the vise sets up and breaks down at each riser or trench without tools
• The self-locking latch clamps pipe in one motion, which adds up over a day of cut-and-thread work
• 32 lb with a carry handle is a one-person move from the truck to the work
• The base overhang lets a threader or wrench swing a full turn without hitting a leg
• Optional plastic-pipe jaws extend the same stand to PVC and other plastics
