Key Features:

• OshKosh 2033 straight shovel with a 10" blade and an 8 ft ash handle
• Sharpened carbon steel blade made from 13-gauge steel with boron
• Forged to a unique straight pattern and heat-treated for durability
• Blade joined to the straps with electrical seam welding
• Ash hardwood handle, one of the 7 through 16 ft options in the line

Benefits:

• A straight-pattern 10" blade cuts a clean vertical hole wall instead of belling it out like a round-point
• Boron-alloyed 13-gauge steel resists the bending that rock and hardpan put on a thinner blade
• Seam-welded strap-to-blade joint spreads the load rather than concentrating it on a few spot welds
• Ash handle flexes without snapping and can be replaced instead of scrapping the tool
• The 8 ft length keeps you standing upright at the hole edge rather than reaching down into it
