Key Features:

• OshKosh 2024 western pattern spoon with an 8 ft handle
• High-carbon 13-gauge steel blade
• Western pattern, intended for harder, clay-like soils
• Scoop shape for lifting mud, water and backfill from deep holes
• Footage marks on the handle to indicate hole depth

Benefits:

• The scoop shape lifts wet spoil and standing water that a flat shovel blade slides off
• Western pattern is matched to harder clay soils, where an eastern pattern gives up bite
• Footage marks let one worker read hole depth off the handle without a tape or a second set of hands
• 13-gauge high-carbon steel stands up to prying against rock and hardpan at the bottom of a hole
• The 8 ft length works standard pole and post holes while keeping you back from the edge
