Key Features:

• Salisbury MB6 magnetic blanket button, a fastener for rubber insulating blankets
• Built from four permanent floating magnets mounted between nickel-plated steel plates
• Sets through the eyelets of an insulating blanket to hold the coverage in place
• Applied by hand while wearing rubber gloves, or set with a shotgun stick
• Intended for hard-to-cover energized areas such as pad mounts, cubicles, switchboards and substations

Benefits:

• Magnetic hold means no clamps or pins to fumble with when dressing out a cabinet
• Shotgun stick application lets you place coverage without reaching into the enclosure
• Floating magnets seat independently, so the button grips steel that is not perfectly flat
• Nickel-plated steel plates stand up to repeated handling in the bucket and the gear box
• Sold individually, so you can add as many buttons as a given blanket layout needs
