Key Features:

• Cementex IS12-20L insulated deep wall socket, 5/8 in opening, 12 point
• 1/2 in square drive
• Tested to 10,000 VAC and rated for 1,000 VAC / 1,500 VDC when working on live parts
• Manufactured to IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505, supporting OSHA safety-related work practices, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462
• Made in the U.S.A. with both US and globally sourced materials

Benefits:

• Cementex's coating method leaves the insulation slimmer at the contact point, so the socket reaches fittings other insulated sockets cannot
• The 1,000 VAC live-work rating lets an electrician torque energized connections without changing tools
• A 12 point drive picks up a fastener at twice as many positions as a 6 point, which helps in tight switchgear
• Deep wall depth clears long studs and protruding threads on bus and transformer connections
• Third-party standards compliance gives a safety manager documented backing for an arc-flash and shock program
