Key Features:

• Klein 2138NEEINS insulated slim-handle New England nose side-cutting pliers, 8.82" overall
• Rated 1000V, VDE certified, and meets ASTM F1505 and IEC 60900
• Three-layer insulation in orange and gray with a white underlayer that shows through if the coating is damaged
• Jaw 1.438" long x 1.22" wide x 0.625" thick; handle 4.98"; 16 oz
• Induction-hardened steel with a hot-riveted joint; cuts ACSR, screws, nails and most hardened wire; integral guards help prevent hand contact with conductive parts

Benefits:

• ASTM F1505 and IEC 60900 with VDE certification is the documentation an electrical safety program needs on file for 1000V work
• The white underlayer turns a coating nick into something you can see at the tailgate check instead of finding it the hard way
• Slim handles keep the grip closer than a bulky insulated plier, so hand fatigue drops over a day of cutting
• Induction-hardened cutting edges take ACSR and hardened wire without rolling over
• A hot-riveted joint holds its action, so the pliers stay tight rather than getting sloppy
