Key Features:

• IS12-14L insulated socket, 1/2" square drive, 7/16" size, 12-point, deep wall
• Rated 1,000 VAC / 1,500 VDC for work on live parts and tested to 10,000 VAC
• Complies with ASTM F1505 and IEC 60900 and is marked with the international 1000V safety symbol
• Double-insulated with slimmer insulation at the contact point
• Manufactured in the U.S.A. with US and globally sourced materials

Benefits:

• The 12-point opening engages a fastener at twice as many positions, which matters when swing room is short
• Deep wall clears long studs and protruding bolt ends that a standard socket bottoms out on
• A 10,000 VAC proof test behind a 1,000 V rating is the margin that supports energized work under NFPA 70E
• Thinner insulation at the nose fits fastener spacing in crowded gear where a bulkier insulated socket will not seat
• The 1/2" square drive runs on the ratchets, extensions, breaker bars and torque wrenches already in the kit
