Key Features:

• IHW-516 insulated hex "L" long arm Allen wrench, 5/16" hex
• Hardened American steel core with Cementex double insulation
• Rated 1,000 VAC / 1,500 VDC and tested to 10,000 VAC
• Complies with IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505 and supports OSHA safety-related work practices, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462 compliance
• Part of a line covering 17 SAE and 21 metric sizes, with custom sizes available

Benefits:

• The long arm reaches recessed socket-head screws that a T-handle cannot clear
• An L shape gives you a short arm for torque and a long arm for speed on the same fastener
• A hardened steel core resists the rounding that ruins a hex tip and then the fastener with it
• The 1,500 VDC rating extends the wrench to DC bus, inverter and battery-string work
• Matching SAE and metric coverage lets a crew standardize on one insulated hex set instead of mixing brands
