I had a four shelf add on unit for about a year (one side 30", the other side 18"). After setting up the bottom and top shelves the way I needed them, there was too much space between shelves in the middle. After rearranging pantry goods for a year or so, I finally purchased one add-on shelf for each unit (I LOVE that you can do that and truly customize your self unit). I saw this basket at the time of that reorder. I got one to go with the new shelves and was very excited about it. But this is a LARGE basket. Too big to use with the extra shelf that I added. Very well made though, and I am sure I can find a use for it. My husband is lobbying for me to give it to him to use for organization in the trunk of his car. You are only limited by your own imagination. I love the basket but please pay more attention than I did to what size it actually is. Also, as always, it is a pleasure doing business here.
