Recycling Shelf
We used this as the bottom shelf in a 4 shelf unit to hold the recycling container. This slider combined with a shelf liner on the shelf above it give a closed feel to the container while allowing easy access with the use of the slider.We are extremely happy and content.
Needs to be delivered ready to install
The shelves came to me with the sliders barely attached. The screws were not big enough for the holes, and thus came out after tightening. I drilled slightly larger holes in the shelf and installed larger screws. It now seems to work fine. It was a lot of work to get there, though.
Great shelving solution
The slide out shelf is a perfect addition to the wire shelving cart in my kitchen. I use it like a drawer and adjusted the height just below the shelf above it for small/low level items. The slide out allows for easy access and more room on the adjacent shelves. The negative is that the screws that hold the slide rails to the assembly are not sufficient for this design. Excellent solution
I created a computer stand using this slide out shelf. The only downside is that it is a little stiff when sliding. I did solve this problem however by spraying a garage door lubricant on the sliders and it slipped effortlessly....HOWEVER make sure you use a SILICON lubricant and not graphite or you'll have graphite powder all over the place.Overall very satisfied with the product and I was abl
